walked in a couple of years ago to look at SUV and despite walking around dealership for 15 minutes not one person approached me to say "hello" or "let me know if you have any questions". There wasn't a single customer in the place, lots of staff (talking with each other), but I was ignored from start to finish. Later bought a Lexus.

Now I have purchased a BMW as a second car (from an out of town dealership) and was looking for a local service provider. Called and left 2 messages with questions, no one ever returned the call.

Never encountered lack of customer service like this even when purchasing sub-compact vehicles in my youth. For a higher end dealership experience, this one is completely lacking.
